Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
Apricot by Social Solutions is used at my organization to track client Data and to track services provided to clients. Data is used for reporting, funding, and grant writing. Apricot by Social Solutions provides built-in reports that support HUD guidelines. When reporting guidelines change and ask for more specific ways of collecting and submitting data Social solutions upgrades its system to match the needs of HUD. Apricot by Social Solutions also has a very good tech support team.
- Updates built in reports to match the requirements for HUD reporting.
- Innovative ways to batch and group clients data collections.
- Offer ongoing training when new features are added.
- Constantly making it user friendly with updates that support standardized data entry
- Sharing data about clients with partner agencies
- Having controls where data is only shared with users who should have access to it
- Some features like creating households will lock you out after so many attempts
- I would like to be able to save a record and come back to it at any point. You have to complete many steps before you can save a record.
- Apricot by Social Solutions had allowed my agency to continue to receive HUD funding for multiple housing programs by providing our agency with technology to successfully report.
Our organization is a non-profit that receives lots of funding. We are able to use Apricot by Social Solutions to track our client data and retrieve our service numbers based on various needs. We can easily pull data entered for specific types of funding. We can determine how many clients are served in certain areas. As an agency, we can track services provided by each staff member. We can track multiple facets that our agency needs to collect data on from donations, to volunteer information.
Helps us secure funding by supplying us with reporting tools to match the requirements of funders. For example, during the start of COVID, HUD had many housing programs to help prevent Homelessness. Apricot by Social Solutions upgraded its tools to match all of the HUD programs. Making it easier for their users to retrieve the data and then run aggregated reports.
We needed a system that added more user-friendly instructions. The ability to enter and retrieve more information through various platforms. Multiple users with more control over what data is shared. More user control but more support.
