My team uses it for supply chain management of various products, whether in testing phase or large rollouts. It’s good at allowing us all to review documents, control revisions, and only use approved documentation when working with our vendors.

The features are nice when set up correctly. The BOM structure and item categories makes it easy to navigate.
It was easy to transition to Arena. Files are easy to upload. However it took a while to enter in all existing files.
