Arena is run by many former Agile employees...which used to be the de-facto standard in the PLM Market. These people know what is needed by the marketplace and their customers.
Easy to deploy and train people.
I've used Agile PLM, TeamCenter PLM, and SAP PLM. If I was starting a company, I would pick Arena over all of them.
