Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

Everyone has been great to work with!
We use it for our HR Department as our HRIS and payroll/timekeeping system. We also use the Employee Self-Service across the company.
  • It is highly customizable - something we needed for our organization.
  • It is easy to use/learn
  • We don't like NovaTime (timekeeping system) as much as our old system but we are getting used to it.
  • We are no longer doing things manually.
  • We are able to provide leadership with accurate data
We liked the customization and payroll solutions better.
Everyone we have worked with has been exceptional. [They] Provide fast, reliable answers to our questions.
Smaller companies (we have 200 employees), companies that need an HRIS solution but do not have huge budgets. We are integrating the Applicant Tracking System as well and have been happy with that progress.
