We are a leading System Integrator for RPA and AI related products, We have been using the top three RPA tools, and we found Automation Anywhere to be more cost-effective and simple to implement for our customers. We have successfully transformed a couple of boring repetitive tasks using Automation Anywhere, which include order management, data comparisons from various sources, etc.
- Simple: It allows users to configure their workflows, even people with no programming knowledge can automate a simple business process.
- Drag and Drop commands, which help to navigate the tool seamlessly.
- Easy recording options are available, which enable us to capture the required business problems.
- It would be good if Automation Anywhere could include flow charts of processes, like competitors.
- Installation and troubleshooting should be more simplified.
- The user interface needs more stability and mode screen options.
- In general for our customers who had structured high volume data, they've always had a high ROI, even from their first year.
