Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

When we come up with new solutions for Technology in our classrooms, AVI-SPL has always been able to find the right products to fit our needs. At a time when online learning was growing faster, AVI-SPL was able to get the appropriate amount of equipment we needed and in time to allow more instructors to transition into home-based offices.
  • Communication is key.
  • Delivering the products we need in a timely manner.
  • Finding new solutions if particular items are backordered.
  • Would like to see emails showcasing new technology.
  • Send more tips in emails on what other colleges are doing in classrooms.
  • Instructors are able to teach the way they want when we can get the products we need to teach from home.
I have not had to have support calls for what we have done so far.
Again, we have purchased items that have allowed instructors to teach from home more easily. The flexibility we have is wonderful and instructors can switch from online to on campus very quickly if needed.

AVI-SPL was able to track down a larger amount of document cameras for us when we were moving more to online classes. That was very helpful because there were so many models that were backordered since it seemed every school in the nation was trying to get them. We were able to get what we needed and moved along nicely without issues.
