The product has all of the features that your going to need out of a latest and greatest backup service now adays, and they have been very committed to continuing to improve the product over the years, continuing to add features and make things easier and more streamlined.
- Restorations
- Easy backup Setup
- Spinning up backups locally or in the cloud in a DR Scenario
- Currently there are a few different products glued together in this solution, better continuity between the products would be nice
- Better assistance with sizing up local appliances would be nice (like a tool which walks you through sizing it)
- Alerting preferences/options for an MSP leave some needs to be desired
- Its a little on the pricy side
- I feel really good about the protection this product gives us
- We really like the recovery automation
