Use Cases and Deployment Scope

we use BambooHR for most of our HR tasks: hiring, onboarding, off boarding, documents. We recently added performance and we are hyped to start using it. We find it very convenient as it keeps everything in one safe space and it is very user friendly.

Pros and Cons

performance review (we would have preferred a custom date instead of hire date)
the sync with Google calendar doesn't always work

Return on Investment

help us a great deal when transitionning between 2 HR Managers. It was simple to stay on top of the game.

Usability

It is really easy to use. I had never used it before and when I did HR by interim I could easily find my way around. It was priceless to stayt on top of our game.

I wish we could trial Payroll, but we're in Canada and I don't think you are compliant yet.
