Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp

It is used as an online collaboration app where employees discuss their projects, queries etc. One can share DOC and CSV files using Basecamp. It also features task management (for keeping tracks of tasks ), group discussion between team members, Discussion Boards, and Project Management. Instead of stuff scattered all over, everything you're working on will be in one streamlined and organized area.

  • Not a great UI. The mobile application is not user-friendly.

Basecamp is a platform that helps you connect people with different profiles and roles. It also supports a lot of add-ons, apps, and API integrations. It features a calendar, Interactive Gantt Charts, task scheduling etc.
A cool tool for sharing project information and documents between local and remote team members as well as customers.
Handling multiple tasks at a single platform, event management, and meetings.
Organising business is understandable.
Performs work fast. Can chat with individuals and groups in real time.
Notification is sent to the concerned person. Searching filters and activity feeds are also available.
