Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT

Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT is a great one for the organization that who has grant and project (compare to QB). It's more easy to create your budget. I like their database also.

  • It's slow when I do some edit.
  • It shows income and expenses at a glance. But the pre-setup is a bit cumbersome.
I don't think there's any affected your compliance efforts or donor/funder relations. This software is more of a recording function. At least not in my usage.
This is the biggest advantage of blackbaud, real-time monitoring of income and expenditure, and generating charts. Gain visibility into your organization's financial status at a glance.
It may be the quickbook, but the quickbook is less capable than that.
