Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use it as an entire organization for our internal website with updates, surveys, and announcements for all different programs. We interact on the site as much as possible to be informed, give feedback, review training info, and to generally be knowledgeable about employee birthdays, anniversaries, etc
  • The layout is very attractive.
  • It gives us an easy way to take surveys and see who else interacted/feedback.
  • Helps us find material.
  • N/A, I have had no issues thus far with using it - been with my company less than a year.
  • I don't see that specific data but one thing I can assume is that the company can see that we are looking at trainings.
  • We can reply directly to posts or coworkers to provide encouragement and help/feedback.
  • We have incentives to give feedback so I can see how that would help the company get more responses and replies.
I haven't seen this type of platform before because I previously worked in nursing. Therefore, our charting programs are quite a bit different and we don't have that interaction with other employees just based on time constraints and priorities to patients.
I have literally never seen a system issue with it. Many of the other programs we use have issues with crashing, not wanting to load, or other things where we need to log off and try again. We use Bloomfire to open a tool we use every day, and I have yet to see an issue.
it is like social media in that the most recent posts are up top, it makes it easy to see new posts, and we can also see results of who commented on what. We can see which employees give the most feedback and it seems like a very streamlined site.

Would you buy Bloomfire again?

Yes

I think it could be utilized by any kind of company - it is a simple way to take surveys and view pertinent material and also see which other employees are commenting on the posts. It has an easy layout, and you can see when all the content is from to make sure that you're seeing what is most recent/relevant. It is kind of like social media for companies, which almost all of us use somewhat frequently.
