Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We currently use Bloomfire to manage our documents, forms and information across different departments. within the organization. It is being used daily across the entire organization and it helps all users find the tool or information that they need with just a search.

I don't have any knowledge of similar products to Bloomfire.
This is well suited for any organization that needs an option to organize its information and documents so that everyone can access them easily. There are also options to comment on each post so there is some collaboration capacity.
