Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is being used as a knowledge-sharing platform internally at Olive. We primarily use the platform for anyone in the company to post about a topic which might be a stress point across various departments. For example - an infrastructure engineer might make a post on how to set up a technical requirement for a new customer which we have not done before in order to make that setup reusable for other customers as they are likely to appear again.
- Search capability - It is very easy to look up what you are thinking about/trying to figure out in Bloomfire. You can search something with however you want to word it and you will likely find the most relevant post quickly.
- Interaction with coworkers - Looking up articles from a colleague is extremely easily done. You can look up someone you know is an expert on some realm within your organization and scroll through their posts.
- Navigation - Scrolling through posts to find information is very user-friendly.
- Customization - Our organization was able to call the site "Atlas", where we customized the visual appeal and links to various areas of interest relevant to our organization.
- Integrations - If this could integrate better with project management platforms, we could probably find previous findings more easily, rather than having to write a blog post every time.
- We've reduced our time to resolve issues with the documentation capabilities of Bloomfire, resulting in faster invoices.

Yes
Would you buy Bloomfire again?
Yes
Bloomfire is the first and only application we have used to be our internal knowledge base/search engine for blog posts and informational ideas. We use Google Drive for document collaboration but searching for specific information in Google Drive can be very burdensome and by extracting overall ideas from those docs and putting them into Bloomfire, we can knowledge share very easily.
