Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

It's used across the whole business. I use it as an online encyclopedia. It addresses all my queries of my area of work.
  • Good overview.
  • Easy to use.
  • Very informative
  • The filter button could be at the top.
  • I am sure it is helping me personally to increase my productivity.
  • I don't have to wait for people to come back to me to answer my question. In many cases, I can just look it up on Bloomfire.

I am a new employee with more questions than answers. It helps me to find out the answers to simple questions as well as more advanced questions. It seems as if it is very well used by more people within the company who are making the effort to post on it. It's been making my life as a new employee much easier and enjoyable.
