Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We're currently using Bluejeans across our entire organization. We use it as our main video and conference calling provider across all internal calls and often for external calls. It allows us to easily connect with those outside of our office.
  • Quickly connect with people out of our office
  • Allows for large group conference calls across our whole company
  • Easily gets everything set up with your calendar
  • Gives the option to join by just phone or digitally or video call
  • This isn't specific, but sometimes it just doesn't work and it will be hard to connect
  • We've had issues before with there being too many people on the conference line
  • Sometimes video won't work
  • It's allowed us to make the vast majority of our business calls where deals are made
  • It's allowed us to have "face to face" calls for important decisions that need to be made on budgets, etc...
In my experience bluejeans has been more reliable than the competition that I've used.

For budgets, I don't deal with that portion.
I've used bluejeans for calls between myself and people not in the office, for large group calls and initial interviews along with many other things. It's quick and easy to use with anyone who doesn't have a conference number they can use.

I really haven't had a scenario where it would be inappropriate to use.
