Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
As all our customers are overseas we run about 40 video conferencing sessions per week. We have 40 licensed users and a set of floating licenses. We have 12 meeting rooms and currently we have 2 set up with 2 TVs and Dolby conference phones. We were looking for more user friendly scheduling and usage compare to products we had used in the past.
- There is a lot of performance data for admins to tune and troubleshoot the service.
- The Dolby conference phone provides excellent VC quality.
- Flexibility in room setup.
- More granular security controls. i.e force pass-codes.
- Account management could be better.
- Visibility and control over upgrades.
- Clearer customer and partner communications.
- Streamline scheduling.
To get individual licensing/ scheduling the other services required a larger number of services.
