Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans to deliver clinical services, administrative meetings, and larger educational sessions. We use it primarily with external partners and service providers. Internal use is typically for planning meetings. The convenience and ease of use make it very beneficial as our organization and partners are widely spread out. We also have challenging weather to deal with often, so avoiding travel at those times is a much safer choice.
- Collection of data is very detailed and complete
- On-boarding and administration of the account very easy
- The application is reliable and easy to use, even for beginners
- Troubleshooting bad calls; when a participant has rated a call poor or bad, the stats do not often support this. Follow up with the participant sound like bandwidth issues, but BJN shows good trace times and no/low % loss
- Sometimes I cannot get an online support person while the call with an issue is in progress
- Outlook plug-in causes intermittent issues still
- Money saved on travel is the primary benefit we have seen.
- Cost savings versus the previous platform is significant.
- Improved collaboration on projects through quick ad-hoc meetings.
- Zoom, Vidyo and Skype for Business
Primary advantage was support for existing room-based equipment (i.e. Cisco, Tandberg codec)
