Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Use it quite a bit for internal meetings, interviews and meetings from overseas. Mainly used in IT and administrative staff, and fills in the gap for video conferencing due to its ease of use.
- Ease of Use - Even if you don't have BlueJeans installed on your computer, it's relatively simple to download the web app and connect into the conference call there.
- Multiple Connecting methods - whether through phone or computer, the email that is sent out by the app provides clear instructions on how to connect into the call.
- Simple UI - User friendly UI makes it easy for non-tech savvy people to connect in easily as well.
- More guides and support for different connection methods and troubleshooting.
- Seeing increased remote connection and meetings, leading to productivity and less travel time between meetings.
- Saved costs on VC and a good backup plan for when room systems in times of network failure.
BlueJeans has increased portability and ease of use then connecting to a room built video system.
