Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

CCI is using it across all of its 9 countries for employees to have quick business meetings and to save on travel costs.
  • Efficient connectivity & video results are sharp
  • They definitely did good traffic engineering to prioritize the audio/video traffic
  • Interface is user friendly
  • Cannot upload files in the chat window
  • Remote controls are not very practical
  • Not widely used in the world, lesser known
  • Very productive meetings.
  • Quick meetings & quick decision making.
  • Saves on travel costs.
  • Good dashboards.
BlueJeans had good QoS implemented & was cheaper in cost.
It has good capabilities to integrate with in-house conferencing systems. We are using Cisco Tandburg & it's comaptible with it. Regardless of the endpoint, users can connect easily to a BlueJeans conference.
