Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We BlueJeans in meetings with professors and TA's. Sometimes we use it to discuss group projects. We are all located in different places in the world, and BlueJeans helps us all stay connected.
  • Video conferencing.
  • Screen-sharing.
  • Not always the most reliable, especially with screen-sharing.
  • Increased face-to-face communication and collaboration.
  • Zoom
Zoom is another software we used a lot for video conferencing. It has similar features. We still prefer BlueJeans for the superior sound quality and some of the features that are lacking in Zoom.
Group projects are a good use case where we can discuss and share our output. However, screen sharing should be zoomable for everyone to see. Occasionally, the other end would see the screen upside-down or just a partial display of the screen. The audio is good and solid with minimal to no noise.
