Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
All staff use BlueJeans as the medium for video meetings, which would, prior to Covid-19, have been held in person. Meetings are usually 10-12 people for around 1.5 hours; one per week per project.
- Easy invitations
- Good connection quality
- Good sound quality
- Good 'administrator' tools such as muting idiots and setting format.
- Layout of gallery view constantly changes during meetings.
- Would like promised facility to haze or change background when working from home.
- 'Recording' function is unweildy; can we not record sound only?
- Good replacement for face to face meetings which are now impossible.
- Saves traveling time for staff to meetings.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype
Blue Jeans has a more professional perception.
