Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

I use BlueJeans [Meetings] for 1 reason... it provides the best audio quality for my developers in India. If I have to deal with customers and not internal team I use my Zoom license because I don’t want to hear the customer complain about how they have try to figure out yet another collaboration tool. You should put a Zoom mode so that the UI can look like Zoom. I have developers in India and it performs the best from an audio quality as compared to MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom and Chime.
  • Audio quality
  • Scheduler so my calendar is synced
  • I built a self scheduling app on salesforce.com. I use it and allow customers to self schedule meetings through salesforce.com
  • No name recognition
  • Yet another UI that people are not familiar with. In this industry, if you are a follower, being different is not good
  • Huge impact. It is my preferred web conf tool to use with my team
  • Web conference technology has become the standard for communication. BlueJeans is a commodity in the crowded space. However they have excelled in the audio quality space over all their competitors which makes them #1 for me.
  • With COVID-19. Web conferencing definitely helps my business.

[BlueJeans Meetings] stacks up well. The audio is excellent. My customers have never heard of it and they complain about getting accustomed to another UI. That is why I use Zoom for customer calls. Everyone now knows Zoom.
I have developers [in India] and If I can’t hear them clearly I struggle. I tried all of the top web [collaboration] vendors and by far [BlueJeans Meetings] wins out with voip audio quality.
