Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using it to attend/organize classes and it is definitely useful in providing the necessary clarity in audio and video. Additionally, it works well with Canvas which helps in watching recorded lectures. The most helpful feature about this is transcription feature helps when there is difficulty in understanding some phrases due to non-familiarity of accents amongst international students.

Zoom and Webex App

Bluejeans is low-weight, no-flab application with easy and quick deployment. Zoom and Webex, although much better in UI are not cost competitive and do not work well on low end computers which forma significant portion of our deployment platforms. Bluejeans meets all the necessary features needed in such an application and is prefrred due to lower cost and historical use of the application.

Likelihood to Recommend

For communicating with an audience having different accents, Bluejeans is an extremely good a nimble platform. The transcription feature helps when there is difficulty in understanding other accents. It is widely used in my organization for online classes, office hours, research meetings and project discussions. It is not appropriate for corporate meetings since the UI is not on par with the tools used by many corporate companies.
