Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
I am using it for any and all meetings. I use it as my default videoconferencing application when meeting and discussing projects with current and prospective customers. It helps with planning and screensharing. I find it to be a suitable replacement for both Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It is affordable and has many of the same features people come to expect from other videoconferencing applications; there isn't anything that BlueJeans Meetings is lacking and I feel it could be a viable competitor to those other products.

- It's easy to join a call
- The quality of the video is good
- It could be easier to find features
- The interface could be more attractive and a bit more user friendly
- It could be easier to join a call from the web
- More productive meetings
- Cost savings by not having to use a more expensive product
- Consistency as I no longer have to debate about which videoconferencing product I am going to use.

- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
BlueJeans Meetings is just as good as the other products I have used in the past, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I don't think users of those products would be disappointed with BlueJeans Meetings as the experience is very comparable. BlueJeans Meetings doesn't have any features that I believe are missing that would have users going back to the other products.
