Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management
To track all case management services and communication with clients. Each client I have has multiple links and Bonterra Case Management Apricot 360 keeps all of the data on one client connected. Additionally, having all of the client data in one place that all of the employees across our agency may access is invaluable.

- the "dashboard" varies little in presentation, a little difference may make the application more user-friendly.
We have, we refer to the database to evaluate where we are on a client-driven plan and use that information to determine what we have and/or need to achieve..
I don't know exactly, as that information does not come to me through my usual line of work, but I would gander a guess that Bonterra Case Management Apricot 360 makes it considerably less of a cumbersome task to pull metrics related to compartmentalizing categories as they relate to grant funding criteria.
