Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

We use BQE Core for employee time tracking via daily time sheets, as well as invoicing clients based on the entered time and expense entries. We also utilize the online payment functions for invoicing.
  • Quick customer service response time
  • Customized invoices: the process was extremely detailed and BQE worked with us to make sure every item we asked for was included.
  • Easy to navigate website, user-friendly design
  • Online payment integrations
  • Server response time can be inconsistent
  • Unexplained errors/glitches from time to time
  • Positive: streamlined invoicing compared to BQ Desktop = time savings
  • Negative: online payment issues impact AR turnaround
We were moving offices and wanted to review our cloud-based options for invoicing. The transition from BQ Desktop to BQE Core seemed ideal and we even recreated our custom invoices with the help of Core's onboarding team.

User friendly website but the payment issues and strange errors (infrequent) keep my score from being 10.
Always had wonderful response time from customer service. They have not always been able to provide an explanation or resolution but I do feel that the issues have been taken into consideration.
BQE is well suited for our legal and accounting practice, and although we do not utilize the project management features, the system seems robust and organized enough for a business with more in-depth project management requirements.
