Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
I am transitioning a database of more than 20k contacts from Mailchimp to Brevo. Brevo is extremely user friendly. I rarely have to use the support because the documentation has everything and the steps detailed. But when I needed the support, I was able to call, which was answered straight away, and Adam answered all my questions with patience and recorded a video to help clarify my question. Based on the system alone, I was quite happy with Brevo, but the support was impressive. Highly recommend it.
- Intuitive to use
- Having folders for emails and lists to organise big databases
- The support is 5-stars
- To build a table on the email, I needed to code. Not ideal
- Add tags
- I am still transitioning, first month using it. I would need more time to know the campaigns ROI.
Forms are better, integrated better with my WordPress plugin and the form design has more features. Brevo was recommended to me by an agency and when I first tried to create the forms I needed for landing pages in it, it proved better, more efficient and with more features than Mailchimp, which was not possible to integrated with the WP on the way I needed.
