Overall Satisfaction with Bridge

We switched from another LMS to Instructure's Bridge for a number of reasons. The biggest reasons were an easy-to-use interface for your employees to use, along with the ability to load training courses with ease. The automated process of alerting managers of upcoming training is great, as it cuts down on the number of emails having to be sent by my team.

  • Some functionality is still missing, such as integrating live training into an employee's transcript.
  • Learners are taking more optional courses than with our previous LMS
  • The ease of running reports
  • The ease of loading learners. With our previous system, it took about 1 hour to load 15 employees. Now we load employees in about 5 minutes or less.
  • Transferring Memos to eCourses to ensure employees acknowledge electronically the memos versus just signing.
Bridge LMS is well suited for organizations that like automation in terms of notifications to users about training.
For our organization that is always expanding and adding new cities, Bridge has been great with the automation so we can focus on other projects knowing that Bridge is tracking all the critical training dates for us.
