Overall Satisfaction with Broadbean
Pasring is no longer fit for purpose
I have used Broadbean for 12 years, I like that it integrates with our Bullhorn System
Broadbean was good until November 2023 when they migrated us over to the new Veritone system which is completely inadequate. It now only extracts limited information to be parsed over making it impossible to be able to search your database for skills or relevant experience as well as now having to manually parse the details over from the attachment in the application.
Customer support team are not much help

- posts adverts on mulitiple job boards
- makes your datbase no longer of use
- takes up lots of time having to manualy parse the cv
- migrate the system back to pre veritone
- make the parsing function acually parse the cv in full
- customer support stop giving the run around on an issue that all their customers are having
- Cv Parsing
- Job board Posting
- now void - just a cash drain
- no longer any benefit more of a hindrance
- creating more admin
