Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
The whole organization, time and attendance, time clocks, onboarding, document management, report building, etc.
Pros
- Acessable any place, any time
- Quick response time.
- reasonable cost
- ease of use
Cons
- Too big, too many reports.
- Time consuming to learn.
- sold modules I could not use ( not avail in canada)
- Costs more money, but requires less time
- Ability to process payroll anywhere, any time
- Staff are becoming more comfortable with using the app
They are imbedded in rules. If I have issues, with new codes, support tells me how to set them up quickly.
