Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce HCM was implemented company-wide in July 2018 to manage our core HR, payroll, time reporting, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and performance/compensation/document management needs.

- Customer Support can be challenging at times. Ceridian is growing rapidly so we don’t always get the level of experience needed to resolve our issues as quickly as we would like.
- They are migrating all functionality from Silverlight to HTML. Not everything has been migrated yet so it gets confusing when reporting. Thankfully, it’s a temporary situation.
- Reporting has a steep learning curve when implementing as many modules as we did. That said, there are tons of canned reports available.
- We eliminated nine systems and 22 interfaces.
- Risk of error has been reduced by the elimination of duplicate data entry.
- Eventually, we expect to move to a paperless HR environment enabled by the Dayforce document management functionality.
Our managers are much more empowered because of the availability of data. Also, because it is a single application, it has accelerated how quickly an employee receives their overtime pay, promotional increases and bonuses.
