Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are currently implementing Dayforce with the hopes of going live January 2019.
  • Dayforce is a single login system to access all portals.
  • Dayforce has an app for our employees use.
  • Dayforce will help create a better culture within our organization.
  • More options with look backs for any earnings that affect the regular rate of pay for hourly employees
  • More options for reporting on detailed labor distribution details
  • More options for entering bonuses that are not done via Excel import
  • Better employee experience
  • More work for HR/Payroll team
It helps us with determining benefits eligibility and with state & local tax changes as well as automated calculation of eligible overtime hours based on rules per state.
It helps to reduce data entry for the HR department and for our employees out in the field. Less paper, less data entry. Also allows the applicant/new employee to start off experiencing Dayforce from the beginning, therefore having a relationship with a Dayforce from the beginning. A better user acceptance.
Less setting up users in multiple systems with multiple logins. Happier employees!
We currently use HPW and feel like it has more functionality for the employer and helps us to streamline our processes exceptionally. However, Dayforce really has a much robust employee experience. This helps with the added work for those within the HR/Payroll Dept. with the loss of some of the processes that were better streamlined in HPW.
