Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
It is being used across the entire organization. We are using it for all components- payroll, workforce management, benefits, recruitment, etc.
Pros
- Seamless integration of data
- Training- The Ceridian Education Center has a wealth of information and courses available.
- Availability of implementation staff by email.
Cons
- During implementation, I believe that the ICs need to have more conversations with the clients about current processes and changes that the clients would like to make. This would help the configuration process run a lot more smoothly.
- Communication amongst their own configuration/implementation team members- sharing documents, information, etc.
- Share more best practices with the clients during implementation.
- We are still in implementation, but we anticipate increased efficiency, as most of our current processes are manual.
- We are still in implementation, but we can already see how this will reduce discrepancies within time and attendance, lowering payroll costs.
- We are still in implementation, but the geofencing capabilities will increase productivity in our childcare areas.
There is a lot less room for error when everything is in one platform. All parties that need to be involved are notified in a timely manner, which allows us to provide better service for our staff. There's less paperwork with this process, and a lot less for us to worry about getting misplaced or entered incorrectly.
