Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian Dayforce is used across our entire organization as the primary system of records for HR, Payroll, and Benefits. It allows us to provide a one system experience for the 9,000 employees who we support.
At a prior employer, I also used Dayforce for document management, recruiting, and performance management and we made it fit our business needs.

- Being a single point for employees to access.
- Weekly hotfixes and semi-annual upgrades.
- Leader in the industry for WFM.
- Often hotfixes and upgrades cause issues.
- Extremely customizable, need to have the headcount to keep the system under control.
- Still growing and implementing international features.
- Having a one-stop shop has been great for employee experience.

Payroll policies allow for easier and consistent payment practices, as well as the updates Dayforce provides to ensure compliance - for example, new California laws came out regarding allowing more gender options, and Dayforce released new features to add custom fields in this area without impacting our current vendor files for benefits.
Not applicable to our organization as a shared HR services center.
It allows for easier and more accurate reporting, and because all data is in one system, we are able to run fewer reports while still gaining the right data.
