Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We currently use Ceridian for our payroll processing.
- Collecting the data on the portal
- History of pay, demographics, etc.
- Multiple tables are easy to maintain and update
- Reports: a report feature will remain like the last time you ran the report, this could be good but also bad.
- I print a monthly report based on active employees but would need to select all employees so that I get accurate information for the month I am pulling data for. This is very time-consuming because I have to look through all EEs to get information.
- Some window tabs seem they could be combined.
- The customer service line is horrible. Many times I call and get one answer then I call back because I have another question then I get a completely different answer. on other occasions I am having to email several times on an issue before I get a response. And other times I work with Ceridian support to solve an issue. They say it is resolved and then it pops back up again, and again, and again., where now I am just manually correcting the issue every pay period bc I never can get Ceridian to resolve the issue.
- Offering an online option for employees to view checks.
Most taxes are all set-up but when a new tax is put in place it is up to the employer to add it in, would like to see Ceridian offer calls from a rep. to take the initiative in getting companies set-up per new laws.
It certainly can be helpful.
The interaction from one platform to another does not always work, seems very separated from one to another and can create some confusion.
