Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We primarily used Dayforce as a payroll system across the organization. We use it for the TWFW request. Mostly managers log in to approve payroll.
- Payroll Preview is easy to use and access, always good to see what is going to be paid out before it happens.
- Importing files, easy access to enter in files, especially when making company-wide changes.
- Help desk - easy access to other user questions and a lot of self-help options.
- Information on how the systems work for new users to Ceridian, how the WFM, payroll, and HR connect for those who weren't there for the implementation.
- Retro pay for salary employees.
- Easier access for simple questions when doing the implementation of certain systems.
- Reduced manual entry.
- Allowed for a central spot for employee information.
We are working towards having Dayforce linked to employee equity reporting.
We don't currently use Dayforce for this feature. We are currently implementing the onboarding and recruitment modules.
It removes the issue of the systems not connecting to each other.
