Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
It is being used across the whole organization. The business problems that it addresses are:

- Reporting out of Dayforce could be simpler
- We run a points attendance system for our hourly associates. If there was a capability were Dayforce can automatically create infraction letters and send them to associates that would take a manual task out of my job
- Ceridian has made it easier for managers to manage their employees by giving them the tools needed for handling employees' time and attendance.
The one-stop-shop aspect of Ceridian is awesome. It saves time when you do not have to go to several different systems to find information or an employee profile.
Dayforce makes it easier to manage because some other 3rd party modules do not talk to each other which creates manual processes.
