Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Ceridian Dayforce as our employee information system of record. It serves as our ATS, tracks time, attendance and entitlements, processes our payroll, manages our benefits administration and our performance management. Having so much data in one system is powerful for making data based decisions. Having a system that manages so many of our HR processes has created so many efficiencies in our team.

- Ease of integrating with other systems (i.e. Active Directory)
- Many notifications aren't easily configurable
- Onboarding in the system removed paper checklists
- ATS introduced efficiencies with hiring/transfers, no more duplication of work in different areas.
Many aspects of our collective agreements can be built right into the system alleviating many manual processes. Trusting payroll processing remittances will be done properly, accurately, and on time is invaluable.
Having so much employee data in one system, and being able to report and visualize this is invaluable.
