Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for all HR operations in GardaWorld. Employees' data and pay information are managed in Dayforce. We utilize Dayforce reporting to make key decisions on employee retention strategies. Currently we have also implemented Dayforce hub as a means to enhance employee onboarding experience at GardaWorld. For an organization so big as ours Dayforce data and analytics module has been so handy in making key financial decisions.

Using Dayforce we are in aligned to the union rules and compliance measures.
Using this unified tool we were able to capture the most affected branch, make decisions on retention measures and addressed employees' issues by looping in different functional groups.
With the help of Dayforce we were able to hire, train and pay employee in one single system without any hassle. This considerably improved incorrect payments.

In my experience, Ceridian Dayforce has been particularly useful in getting data based insights on employee. We utilized the O data feature to capture instant updates to reports and make important decisions.
