What's been most valuable is their willingness to take on new, ad-hoc projects on the fly and complete them quickly with a high level of accuracy. My favorite part is that the success team is a total pleasure to work with. One minor area for improvement is that occasionally they have made incorrect assumptions instead of asking for clarity on something.
