Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo
We used Cisco duo for 3 years now, and we are very satisfied with this product. Our organization faced brute force attacks and we really needed a security product to solve that problem. We did a internet search and we found about about Cisco Duo. It was really simple to install it, but working with the users and educate them in how to use it was not that easy. Now we are set, everyone is already used to this product and we are eager to renew our license.

First time configuration of hybrid work solution, when the pandemic started, was really challenging. We used CISCO firewall and Cisco Anyconnect.
It allowed us more time to spend on work problems.
We experienced a very good way to take your work at home. And not be on site when an issue occurred.
