In my company, the teams are based in different geographies, and we work in a hybrid model so we often need to join meetings virtually. Cisco Headsets help us collaborate efficiently during team meetings by canceling any background noise. We use Cisco Headsets both while working from home and at work to avoid background noise from a lot of people sitting beside us.

Cisco Headsets are very easy to set up no extra steps need to be done, and they are compatible with most systems. Also, you have the additional control of increasing volume, receiving, and rejecting calls without touching your mouse. They are very easy to carry while commuting without getting damaged.
Cisco Headsets provide high-quality audio during day-to-day meetings, which greatly enhances communication, especially with people in my team being from different countries and having different accents. However, I feel there is room for improvement with its noise cancellation, especially when there is a lot of background noise and I am interacting with a new colleague from a different country.
Cisco Headsets have high customization by providing options for controlling the headsets from the button mappings and mobile. You can adjust the mic and headsets as you need by moving them around which greatly enhances the user experience and provides comfort. Additionally, you have the option of setting the microphone sensitivity which helps in day-to-day communication.
Cisco Headsets provide a very seamless experience for day-to-day communication with their high-quality sound, customization, and comfort compared to Zabra. In my company, we use different Cisco tools for communication so their integration with Cisco Headsets provides additional benefits. The build quality is also very good along with its flexibility for carrying them daily while commuting.
