Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
[Cisco Webex Meetings] is implemented as an organization wide collaboration tool. It helps us get connected. We use Webex both for internal and external uses.

- Reliability
- Ease of use
- Too heavy on the PC
- Make installation easier
- When you join via internet and you want to disconnect audio, why can't you just have a disconnect audio button. I want to be on the meeting but only disconnect audio
- Immeasurable impact
- It's a part of our lives - can't measure the benefit
By itself [Cisco] Webex Meetings won't stack up against MS Teams - the comparison is not fair. Webex Teams + Webex Meetings - then the comparison is fair. However, Teams has an edge because of the O365 integration - Share point, Active Directory integration, File sharing etc. I know Webex has it but it needs to be marketed more
