Overall Satisfaction with ClickDimensions

ClickDimensions will soon be deprecated within our organization due to the fact that we have found a marketing automation solution that better fits our needs and integrates with other products. While it's great for Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM users, solely, if you're using more channels, it's not as thorough or compatible, so to say.

I prefer Act-On to ClickDimensions. I've studied both technologies and have been trained in them, but I find that Act-On is more suited to fit my needs and the needs of my team and organization as a whole. I think Act-On is more equipped to handle shifts in marketplace due to social demands.
ClickDimensions is well-suited for those using Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM environments. Even if you are using Dynamics, I would advise you to conduct thorough business analyses before deciding on something to be assured it's the right one for you. Things aren't black and white in the world of technology. Change is the only constant, much like in life. Evolution is inevitable. You need something that'll grow with your business and business plans. ClickDimensions isn't fitting the bill lately, in my opinion. It's not a bad solution, but a subjective criticism.

Using ClickDimensions

3 - In my place of business, three of us use ClickDimensions to help clients solve problems with more effectiveness. They are part of the marketing and business consulting sides of our business. The only reason I give it an 8 out of 10 instead of a 10 out of 10 is because I think it is more suitable for Microsoft Dynamics 365 than other CRM technology, and that is a big selling point in the marketplace today to be able to accommodate more CRM systems. Since it only accommodates one, but does it very well, I give it this rating.
3 - This is a rough number. More people are learning it everyday. As we gain more clients who want to integrate a marketing automation solution with CRM technology like Microsoft Dynamics, we may recommend this after conducting business analyses to see if their process would benefit from this solution. ClickDimensions requires a technological background, but I think the learning process is user-friendly even if your'e just getting started.

I see no reason for us to deprecate use at this point. It is important for us as a business to maintain our partnership with them and keep on the pulse of leading technology. ClickDimensions is a marketplace leader for the world of marketing automation, and in coordination with CRM, it's all the more relevant.

I think the most single important factor for us that is reflected in other answers I've provided is how well ClickDimensions integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM. We are able to help clients solve all of their business challenges on a broad spectrum, not just in relation to the technology, but everything that supports the technology's use, functionality, and continuous adoption.
This is not relevant to me being a partner of ClickDimensions in the B2B marketplace. It is a no-brainer for us to know it and have our business consultants and CRM consultants know it to help clients understand what's available, how it works with their CRM, what's possible, and then go on to implement and utilize it.
