Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365
We are an MSP and needed a multi-tenant email signature solution for ourselves and our clients that allowed for multi-user access and intuitive UI at a price point that made sense.

- More granular role-based user access: owner, tenant admins, etc.
- I'm glad that CodeTwo is willing to work on price on larger deals.
We used Exclaimer before CodeTwo. I think Exclaimer had a more polished UI, but the difference wasn't enough for us to stay with that product. Also, Exclaimer was much too expensive for an email signature solution. We have a client with over 400 mailboxes, and, until I found CodeTwo and negotiated to price, they just did without any email signature solution. Email signatures are a very basic need and shouldn't approach the cost of a monthly mailbox subscription, backup, or even spam filtering. We are now starting to include CodeTwo in every quote for O365 subscriptions.
