Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Submission of expenses as it gets pulled from our credit card automatically, and booking flight tickets, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Flight selection

- It isn't a smooth experience when I use.
- Expense submission is a pain.

We've managed to track all our employee spending across various levels and what sort of metrics are being associated with our travel. This helps us to simplify or evolve our own travel and other expense manifests for the future, etc to be more modern.
