Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Our company uses Conductor in the Analytics department. This is a daily tool that we use to make sure that our clients are performing in organic search and to identify areas where we can improve their search appearance. While our Analytics department is the one responsible for monitoring the statistics, nearly the entire company interacts with Conductor in some fashion.
- Formats information in a digestible way.
- Provides tools to dig deep into data to find solutions to pressing issues. Along with this, providing tools to come up with new ideas and solutions.
- Prioritizes customer service. Their team is diligent, responsive and incredibly good at what they do.
- It is sometimes difficult to find the data you are looking for.
- Conductor has allowed us to improve client search rankings, resulting in more website visitors and more conversions.
- Conductor has allowed us to identify areas in the market where we need to focus resources, helping us get above the competition.
There is an abundance of data that comes from the platform, much of it being very useful. Because there is so much data, I don't tend to use all the features available. In terms of data quality, Conductor sets the bar high. I am always confident when speaking to a client about search rankings and referring to Conductor because I know the data corroborate the assertions.
The reporting tools allow me to share data with content teams so we can create pages that are keyword-focused, along with being user-friendly. That two-way approach allows us to publish content that stands out from our competitors, giving us the advantage when it comes to ranking position. The ability to add users to accounts also lets our content creators log in and find the info they need in a moment's notice.
We have utilized and demoed multiple rank tracking software in the past and the robust interface and data collection from Conductor stands out among the crowd. The ease of use and customer service puts it over the top. Many pieces of software collect similar data but I have yet to work with one that I find as easy to use. I also haven't seen customer service like there is with Conductor with any other platform.
