Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer
We collect most of our Client data in Salesforce, including Estate Documentation, Insurance Policies, and other data areas; then, we use Conga Composer to pull that data out of Salesforce into a handout to our clients for educational purposes.
- I don't have any.
- Training and Onboarding - The best teacher is watching someone walk through a project with you. The onboarding email was sent 3 weeks into the process. We had a deadline of 2 months before our competitor's contract ended and we needed help fast.
- Sales calls are set for 15 minutes when most help requires an engaged individual who isn't rushed to another call. The help has been good, but it requires multiple calls and delayed solutions.
- Increased Efficiency is the whole purpose of using it.
- Reduced errors in the document.
It creates a uniform report for all advisors amongst many offices. It is a smooth process and easy to train on. We use it with both common Salesforce fields and more advanced Visualforce pages. There are many ways to use it, but it takes someone pretty familiar with the program to get more than a basic report out of it.
