Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ScreenConnect to support all the workstations in the company. Helping remote users (traveling and foreign) is very simple with ScreenConnect. Installing the agent is a quick and painless process once configured on the server. Highly recommended!

I've used TeamViewer and LogMeIn and I prefer ConnectWise Control.
It works great as a workstation support tool
