Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Passkey
Passkey is used by reservations / events departments. It allows the customer to have a direct reservations link to make reservations directly without having to call the hotel. It also allows planners to upload their rooming list or make any changes to that rooming list. This helps to eliminate the numerous calls/emails about reservations. This is now at their fingertips.
- Personalized reservations link for booking reservations
- Planners have direct access to their rooming list
- Possibly more access to changing photos on the hotel website
